As the Project Management Consultant we will assist the client throughout all the phases of the project. We believe we play a critical role in managing the project’s design and development, ensuring that it progresses smoothly, and remains in compliance with regulatory requirements. The goal is to create a design that aligns with the client’s vision and can be executed within budget and on schedule.
Oversee the overall project management, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Assist in the selection of various consultants needed for the project. This includes architects, engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical), landscape architects, interior designers, and sustainability consultants.
Work closely with the architects, engineers, and planners to develop site plans, drawings & documents and ensure they comply with local regulations and zoning codes.
Prepare and submit SPA application documents, including site plans, surveys, and required reports.
Engage with local authorities, municipalities, and planning departments to gain approval for the project.
Collaborate with the architect and other design professionals to develop the project’s design in more detail.
Review and provide input on architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring that they align with the project’s goals and requirements.

Manage the design development process, ensuring that the design meets the client’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication and coordination between various design and engineering consultants to ensure that the project design is comprehensive and cohesive
Review and evaluate design drawings and documents submitted by the consultants.
Manage the timely delivery of design development milestones.
Work with the cost estimator to keep the project within budget during the design development phase.
Assist in value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
During the later stages of the design development, begin the process of identifying and pre-qualifying potential contractors and subcontractors.
Prepare and issue bid documents to solicit construction bids from qualified contractors.
Evaluate and recommend the selection of construction contractors based on pricing, qualifications, and experience.
Ensure that the project continues to meet all regulatory requirements throughout the design development phase.
Manage the permitting process, including obtaining necessary construction permits.
Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure that the project is built according to the approved design and specifications.
Maintain clear and regular communication with the client, providing updates on project progress, design decisions, and potential challenges.
