During the later stages of the design development, begin the process of identifying and pre-qualifying potential contractors and subcontractors.

Prepare and issue bid documents to solicit construction bids from qualified contractors.

Evaluate and recommend the selection of construction contractors based on pricing, qualifications, and experience.

Ensure that the project continues to meet all regulatory requirements throughout the design development phase.
